Easy to use in the kitchen, it is a preparation that’s mixed directly into rice, pasta, sauces, mayonnaise and many other recipes to give them the flavour of the sea.

Intense green colour, comes as a liquid emulsion with a creamy consistency. Pleasant taste and smell, very characteristic of seafood products, with milder notes compared to the pure freeze-dried product.
A cream consisting of a mixture of freeze-dried microalgae, with the addition of the ingredients mentioned in the composition. Sterilisation treatment by autoclaving.
